1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ServiceTrack ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ServiceTrack is a digital service management platform designed for independent car garages. The service allows users to maintain digital service records, generate invoices, manage customers, and access a shared national database of vehicle service history.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

ServiceTrack offers a 30-day free trial period. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a monthly subscription fee of £19.99.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Data and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All service records and customer data entered into the system remain the property of your garage. By using the Service, you agree to contribute anonymized vehicle service data to the national database for the benefit of all participating garages.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ServiceTrack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ServiceTrack makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

ServiceTrack will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
